Shipping policy
At Masita Club Teamwear, all orders are custom-made to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.
Shipping Rates
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 7–14 working days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.
Our Carriers
We ship using An Post, DHL, and DPD, depending on your location and the size of your order.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. For USA customers the customs duties are charged at the checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
