Nearly 90% of our teamwear range is manufactured at our facility in Kells, Co. Meath. 100% of our sublimated products ie jerseys, polos, shorts, sublimated half zips and sweaters are also made here.
Standard turnaround times on bulk orders for clubs is approximately 3/4 weeks. However, if your club is in a final please call us directly to enquire if we can process your teams order to meet your deadline.
•If your order contains only stock items we will dispatch them to you within 1-2
working days.
•If your order includes personalised / sublimated clothing items we
will dispatch within 7 to 10 working days. You will receive an email from us within
24 hours of placing your order to confirm your order details.
•We will notify you with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Europe: Delivery within 3 - 7 days after dispatch (Covid 19 exceptions may apply).
Rest of the World: Delivery within 3 - 7 days after dispatch (Covid 19 exceptions may apply).
All orders are dispatched by DPD or AN POST. Delivery costs vary depending on
weight and dimensions of the package.

Please note that we cannot exchange or refund on any of the following personalised
items: club crested items, or any item with names/initials/numbers or player fit garments.
However, if you have purchased items that are not personalised with club emblems, names, initials or numbers from our shop you may return them within 14 days of receipt. Items must be sent back in their original packaging with labels still attached and unworn.

Customs regulations vary from country to country. All Masita orders are on a Duty Unpaid basis.Any additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Masita cannot offer any assistance in these processes.
