Here at Masita Sportswear, we pride ourselves on the premium quality of our products, the unparalleled service we provide as well as our dedication to our customers. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with an order and kindly request that you inform us of any issues you have encountered regarding the items you have purchased. 

If you need to return any items you have ordered on our online store, we ask that you return the items within 28 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind, unless the product you have received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following items. 

1.      All Products with embroidered/printed crests as these products are customised specifically for your organisation.

2.      Any products that are personalised with a name and/or number. 

3.      Any products that have been personalised with initials.

Step 2: Please ensure that you are making the return within 28 days of receiving your order.

Step 3: We kindly ask that you return the items in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with all the tags attached and within its original packaging.

We would advise our customers to use recorded postage when sending return parcels. Please note that both the parcel and the cost of returning the parcel is the responsibility of our customers.
